Our Customer Friendly Return Policy

OUR EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY:

We will happily Exchange or Refund* your product if you have a change of mind**, you have received a wrong product/model/colour, or if upon receipt, the product is damaged or in any way faulty. The customer is not required to pay shipping on return/exchange orders.

Upon receipt of goods returned for exchange, SgMobile Hub reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise is damaged/broken and does not meet Return for Exchange Policy requirements, as stated below:

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY REQUIREMENT:

Altered or customer-damaged merchandise is not acceptable for exchange OR refund. All items being returned for exchange/refund must be in the original condition, and all packaging and labels must be in place.

Under all other circumstances, we do not accept returns/exchange.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. SgMobile Hub will in addition refund any reasonable costs associated with return postage.

SgMobile Hub customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. SgMobile Hub is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

*Under all other circumstances (Water damaged, Dented, cracked or scratched screen, or Reflashed/Altered/Jailbreak software, Used accessories etc), we do not provide Refund. *

**Applicable only for un-used / Brand new product in original packing and should be returned within 14 days starting from the date of delivery to customer.
